DESCRIPTION: This was a tenant-finish of a 3,950-square-foot high-end yoga studio in Denver’s Highlands neighborhood. The project was concurrent with new construction of the building itself, which created many coordination challenges. The space features a high-performance, fully sprung sport floor system, full locker rooms, individual treatment rooms for guests to enjoy a variety of services, and a retail area.
