Stephanie migrated from the insurance industry into construction over 12 years ago. She has served in a variety of support roles including project coordination, human resources and office management. With her well-rounded, diverse background, Stephanie is easily able to adapt to changing needs in her position.

Stephanie enjoys working on a team, and is passionate about fostering an environment where ideas can be shared openly. Her motto is, “The only dumb question is one that isn’t asked!”.

In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, checking out different walking trails, trying restaurants featured on Food Network, and karaoke.
