Patrick Jasen has been in the construction industry for over 25 years managing multi-million dollar commercial projects including the following: Total Long Term Care ($6.5 million); Pinnacol Assurance Office Building/Parking Structure ($15.5 million); Westmoore Office Buildings ($17.0 million) and Holy Family High School ($11.6 million). One of his most challenging and personally rewarding projects was Englewood Civic Center at $10.0 million, which was a demolition and renovation project of an existing building for the City of Englewood. His extensive knowledge in medical build-outs is the reason Patrick’s projects are on time and within budget, regardless of the complexity of the design, equipment requirements, and finishes.

Patrick manages every aspect of a project from preconstruction through project closeout. Patrick excels in project value engineering, site safety, job hazard analysis, MSDS training, and safety inspections. He is highly skilled in communications to conduct and track effective weekly progress meetings, quality control, and project completion. He is a licensed Project Supervisor in Denver, Aurora, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs and many other jurisdictions throughout Colorado.

Patrick graduated from the University of La Crosse in Wisconsin with a degree in Business Administration. He enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering his time to several charitable efforts through his church. Hobbies include: sailing, golfing, camping and fishing.
