Bark! Doggie Daycare + Hotel + Spa
This project was a renovation and tenant-finish of an 8,200-square-foot dog daycare in Denver, Colorado. The client purchased a historic building built in the 1940s in need of major remodeling. The scope of the project included extensive demolition; removing and rebuilding the rear exterior wall to create additional parking spaces; new electrical service; a new main water line to the building; installation of a high-performance epoxy flooring system; creating a new outdoor play area with a synthetic turf system; and finishing out kennel spaces, retail space and play areas.
