Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors Office
This was a tenant-finish of a 7,829-square-foot building. As Pinnacle was expanding they needed a location and office space that would not only meet their needs for office space today, but also in the future. Knowing what their budget would cover and that they desired quality craftsmanship, they only wanted Mendel & Company for their project.
