Since 2016, Mendel & Company has been supporting the Big Idea Project. The Big Idea Project brings communities together under one vision: to develop our nation’s future leaders. Local businesses, professionals and neighbors work together to mentor local students, teaching them to become leaders through self-directed action. Mendel & Company currently has three active mentors working in the community!
