Josh is an entrepreneur at heart and cut in his teeth in Missouri when he founded his first residential painting company in 2000. �As a self-started businessman, he’s learned business in the trenches and has developed a wealth of real world knowledge about the construction industry. �Business for Josh is all about solid relationships built on serving clients with integrity and attention to detail. In 2011 he moved to the Denver area and co-founded Aesthetica Painting & Contracting. While diversifying the company with more commercial and tenant finish work, Josh began his relationship with Mendel and Company when he took them on as one of his clients in 2013. He became a go-to painting subcontractor for their projects and helped them to complete many retail, restaurant, medical, dental, general office, and industrial/warehouse builds between 2013 and 2016.

His blend of administrative as well as field management experience naturally transitioned into his joining Mendel and Company as our Special Projects Manager. He loves being able to keep existing clients happy as well as building new relationships as their client list grows. Some of his past favorite projects include Pizza Republica in the Colorado Convention Center, The Freyja Project in the Highlands, Elevation Cycles in LoDo, as well as Awesome Dental and Buckshot Bar in Northfield/Stapleton.

Josh has two beautiful daughters, ages 13 and 16 at home. When not working he enjoys time with family as well as camping, hiking, hunting, and other such mountain shenanigans.
